InterShunt is developing a proprietary transcatheter system designed to safely and easily excise tissue from the interatrial septum, forming a left-to-right atrial shunt that relieves elevated left atrial pressure and reduces symptoms in Heart Failure patients. The mechanical system is the only interatrial shunting device requiring no implant or energy.
